It is located in Central Melaka, just a 5-minute walk from Ikan Bakar Muara Sungai Duyong (popular eating area). The homestay is a 5-minute drive from the Portuguese Settlement and 20 minutes from the Taming Sari Revolving Tower. It takes 15 minutes by car from Tropical Terrace to Jonker Street and Mahkota Parade (Shopping). The rooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with simple amenities like a flat-screen TV and freshly laundered beddings. Guests have access to a hairdryer and ironing facilities in the common room. Some rooms have an en suite bathroom. For meals, enjoy local specialities at the eateries located right next to Tropical Terrace.

House very nice and clean.. The house owner very friendly and nice.. Very good location and easy to find the house.. Very big house for big family as all rooms got 4, 3 and 2 single bed, fans and aircond. Friendly owner, Shirley helped us find direction to the place, welcomed us warmly and gave us tips about certain places to visit in Melaka. Facilities and place was clean and comfortable.
