Actually the place is only 7 min far from town. Just because of traffic jam. We stucks 30min there.
No aircond at hall, but still can manage with fan :-).
The location is a little far, 3 to 4 km, from the city centre; I mean you don't call that a walk-able distance. But that is mentioned very clearly. So, I wouldn't count that as a negative.
no cooking allowed i think... you would have to bring a portable stove.
