new hotel, good facilities, very clean, the staff are helpful, good position. overall, it is good. The service provided was excellent. The staff knows how to manage the obstacle. When I notice I lost my ATM card, they did not refuse to let me check in with other method of payment. This make my journey more pleasure. . good location , easy excess to every place. very simple room but newly reno , very clean , good enough to take a rest & good rate. I will book this hotel again if I be at Kuantan again.

strategic location.
no windows. There were ants coming out from no where if food left on the tables after 30minutes.There is no Iron inside the each room. The water was all cold, there was no warm water at all.
some staff is foreign worker , can not speak proper local lauguage. The Indian movie & music at lobby a bit.....
they will not clean your room (change towel and others) if you dont ask them to do so.
receptionist very not friendly.
