The location was great with lots of eateries nearby. Starbucks was just
across the road. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Taxies can be
easily hailed to the doorstep. The taxi fare to the airport was rm30 or
about usd10. Room was small but clean with comfortable bed.

The Hotel is very basic, but the bed was ok, sheets were clean and the when crossing the road there was a fantastic italian restaurant Il Gusto.

1. Wifi signal can reach the room but no internet connection.
2. When you book from letsbookhotel.com the hotel charges your card inmediately. Difficult to change your visits.
3. Outside noise gets really loud at night and will disturb you if you are a light sleeper.
4. Overall, I think the klagan hotel is way better!.
There was a bad smell every where in the hotel. Probably from durian fruit or something similar. The bedlinen also smelled bad.
Toiletries item is not sufficient ie> no shampoo, soap cube/ bath shampoo instead of soap dispenser.
Room rate is a bit expensive compare to facilities provided.
We had some insects company in the room. The bathroom was dirty.
