  The room is good and comfortable, equiped with almost all the necessity like body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, vanity stuff and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable too! I kind of enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel. The price was reasonable for the varieties of food served. Staff are very friendly, helpful and takes initiative to help you. Waiting area is big (many seatings). Buffet spread and restaurant is spacious. There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Everything in 1 building (linked to KSL Shopping Mall).

(we booked deluxe room) view was nice too... walking distance to KSL shopping mall.. breakfast was nice.. overall so many hotel we stayed in JB, this is the best hotel we stayed so far.. we love this hotel. Next stay will be Grand Paragon Hotel JB again...
