Located right next to the lake, Villa White Lake is 200 metres from the UNESCO-listed Ohrid’s Old Town. It offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Everything is as described and betler.They have an excellent team there:the hostess Nina-a lady with aristocratic manners is princess with a soul(like Grace Kelli);the entertainer DZoni Karamela(waking you laugh to tears)is aluays ready to offer delicious home made wine and brandy;the receptionist-busy bee Maja is at hand for any sort of help and information about the town;a cleaning lady Gabi looks after villa and everything is spotless and clean;children Stefan(13) and Dimitar(9) are selling.
todos opiniões » The hotel is very close to the city center- 5 minutes walk and you're there! The price is not expensive compared to other hotels in Ohrid. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Mayan- the front desk employee- is very helpful and she speaks English very well. We enjoyed our stay in Ohrid and if we decide to go to Ohrid again, we'll definitely prefer to stay in White Lake. It was such a pleasure staying in this hotel; the staff was very kind and helpful and always had a smile on their faces!; also the location is perfect for visiting the city of Ohrid and for relaxing on the beach; the rooms were very clean, renovated and also the balcony with the view on the lake of Ohrid was very spacious. Villa White Lake is a very nice little hotel situated in a perfect location near the lake. The landlord Emil is a most wonderful and friendly host, and a perfect example of Macedonian hospitality. If you want a real Macedonian holiday experience, go to White Lake and ask Emil to show you around. The rooms are in a secondary building of a villa, right on the lake shore drive of Ohrid. My room was clean, large and confortable with a large balcony, well, maybe not with the full lake view, but giving enough feeling that you are by the lake side. 1st class hopitality. It was a very cosy and lovely place to stay. The receptionist Maja is a true professional, who knew all the best places to go. The staff were very helpful and kind. We also asked for a traditional breakfast of pancakes, which was super delicious. Definitely worth a visit!. Right by the water, feels like a home rather than a hotel, the owner was so friendly and conversational, offered advice on what to do/see. The rooms were very clean and looked like they were remodeled very recently so it was perfect!. Location, room was very modern, very very clean like a 5 star hotel, v.v.v. good value for meney, defenetly i recomend to stay nowerelse in orhid besides villa white lake!. Amazing staff amazing rooms but its hidden. only the flow of water in the bath. of very hot water was very cold. it was taking us so much hour to finish our bathroom. The shower provided either cold or burning hot water, nothing in between. It's a real risk that you burn your skin with hot water, we did. It's a serious problem in this otherwise impeccable house. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, although the camera looks good. It was a little hard to find because in front of the hotel was an old villa. very old needs renovation. The shower was difficult to use. Had problems with hot water, occassionally. It's impossible to take a normal bath because the heating system has not a correct regulator. The location generally is almost in the city center but the building is hidden behind another old and unrefined building.
