The concierge was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great for family vacations, especially with small children. The amusement parks and fairy tale characters were right next door.

The location in addition to a good atmosphere are truly unbeatable. I could easily move to key lively areas such as Itaewon, or shopping areas or sightseeing sites with ease.
