The place is cozy and clean. It is just a 3min-walking distance from the subway and 5min away from the halal eateries. The staff were helpful n friendly. They can speak English fluently.
The location of the apartment is on a slope and there is no lift. Carrying the luggage especially when it is heavy is inconvenient.

They have washing machine and cooking facilities in the room. The internet also is working well. The location is superb, in the heart of Itaewon, albeit on top of a steep hill.
The check out time is at 11am, which is a bit early. They should also put signage from Itaewon main road for easy locating of the hotel.

The staff were very very helpful and went out of their way to make sure you were ok and could speak English quite well. Close to shops and public transport
No Lift in the Hotel
Lovely, kind staff !... and wonderful, comfortable beds. I was given a nice quiet room for my last night so the noise depends on the room.
Was in a very noisy room for 3 nights just by the entrance and staircase.
The staff were all very friendly and really helpful, anything we asked advice on was exceeded in our expectations. Room was entirely sufficient for our needs and we were really pleased with the small wet room. The room, corridors and breakfast room were really clean and bright. Though the hotel was in 'buzzing' Itaewon and very central for our needs, it was in a quiet area.
The hotel is up a steep ramp and there is no lift inside, which could be difficult for older people with walking difficulties, though we are in our 60's and managed well. The staff insisted on carrying our luggage up to the room which helped enormously.
Location. Was handy to subway and bus stops,shopping and places to eat. Staff were great and could communicate in english. Was great having a washing machine in the room and free internet connection in rooms. Breakfast was very good and healthy.Will be staying again
I rented a studio for two night here. It was very clean with washing machine and stove suitable for Muslim traveller like me who need to use this often..
Need to climb a small hill to go to the hotel and it didn't have elevator

I and my wife are from singapore , met the owner _Mr. David ,I stayed there on the 17/6/2013. The place is very very clean, comfortable ,peaceful,safe and above all Mr. David and his team will make your stay at his place very comfortable ambiance .The rooms and and walkways design are bright, colorful and vibrant They focus on service orientated and the room have all the facilities you required. Internet wireless connection ,you name it they have..Its a few minutes walk from Itaewon as such it very accessible to the train station,conveniently located near shopping area ,with all the latest safety facilities install for the guest safety and security in mind.The toilet is very ,very clean and the room amenities have the latest technologies installed for the guest's pleasure. I will not hesitate to come back to gv Residence and stay again.I Also noticed that Mr. David and his team will try to help you wherever possible to make my stays at gv Residence as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Its a home away from home place, my sleep is not disturbed my noises from the vehicles etc etc .gv Residence ,well done !!! a higly recommended place to stay if you want comfort,safe and a home away from from place . . .
Location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, clubbing and quiet so you can rest after a long day.
Everything was perfect
In the website it mentioned that they will provide wire less internet access. However, internet was not for free and will be charged 10$ per hour.
The front desk person was very friendly. The room was clean and cute. Also, it was in a great location! Right near the main strip and close to everything.
