One of the best hotels I've stayed at in my whole life. Thouhg it was expensive, but it was really nice, breath taking view, very spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice resturants, excellent breakfast, Dinner with the Volcano Show was nice, very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools for kids and adults, nice relaxing facilities at the beach, and great idea for the barbeque at the camping area but we did not try it :).
1- Expensive. 2- The 180 steps to go to the beach is not convenient.

What I did not like is that I found difficulty finding a place to eat because I don't eat Korean or Japanese food .
A fine quality resort hotel in a good location within Seogwipo region. All staff were courteous& very friendly. Would certainly recommend to friends who wish to visit Jeju island.
The English speaking guide-driver recommended by the hotel spoke very elementary English. He did not explain much on the five places we visited. It's expensive to pay KWon 150K for a 7hrs day trip!
Every thing in this hotel is good; the hotel staff, the food, the location, and the rooms.

1) Location good just next to teddy bear musuem n ripley's musuem 2) good duty free shopping 3) great swimming pool n good facilities for families with kids 4) very comfortable beds 5) polite staff 6) extremely good selection of pillows 7) the korean restaurant serves very good delicious food but should serve samgyetang. Why is samgyetang not available? It's the best korean soup for summer time 8) 7-11 is just outside the hotel very convenient 9) aritaum which sells laneige n othet cosmetics is also just outside the hotel, very good.
1) Must have more choices of food after 2pm. Only room service available after 2pm or at the poolside cafe. I mean tea time food choices from 2-6pm very limited. Must have more. Should have a coffee house or cafe open during this time. 2) must offer more non spicy food for children 3) duty free shopping hours too short. Should close at 9pm.
Staff are well trained and very helpful. Duty free shopping is very convenient.
Though the fee is nominal but having to pay to use sauna and steam room is not acceptable as that's the minimum requirements for 5 star hotels. Food is very pricy, from afternoon tea to restaurants or BBQ. No activities on the beach - if that's why you're here for you will be disappointed - not sure if its because the weather is not hot enough. It's not really beach front. There's a short walk then stairs down to the beach area.

There are some strange rules for swimming, like you can't swim without head cover.
It was quiet, even all outdoor activities finished at midnight.
Everithing was too expensive with clear aim to spend money. You have to pay for indoor pool!
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They really treat you like royalty. From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the time we left there was always someone assisting us in some way to make our trip as memorable as possible.
Personally it was a bit expensive, but we had such a great time that the money didn't matter to us.
