What can I say but... this hotel is simply fantastic!
Staff are friendly and efficient. The room is spacious and lavishly clean.
This was my third time staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Yokohama. -

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was absolutely fantastic. My parents had one room, my wife, 2 year old daughter and I another, and we loved it. For the price we paid, the accomodations were wonderful and if I ever go to Yokohama again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

We had a wonderful view of Yokohama Bay. Staff was very very helpful. Treated with the upmost respect. We could walk to shopping and entertainment. Easy to subway and other transportation. Room was spacious

as Yokohama and you need to take a train to get to the centre of the
