  We had a canal view room (the otaru canal is just across the road). I like the room very much, it's clean and spacious, toilet and bath room are separated. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions.
