Stayed for three nights and found it was a good base to travel into
Tokyo, so didn't spend much time in my room. Room was nice and
clean. A little hard to find but there is a system to the numbering of
Tokyo areas (which is not evident in Korea, where I live) so managed
to work out the location of the hotel from the post code. I was late

This hotel is great for early or late flights out of Haneda, as it is only a 3 min walk to Keikyu Kamata Station, which is 5 stops from Haneda airport. It is perfectly clean and the wired internet is fast. The staff spoke great English and gave us helpful maps and information about the area, which has great shopping, food, and entertainment.

The family room was perfect for our family of 5. The bedroom was spacious and relatively large for a city known for small hotel rooms. The apartment staff Chiseko San was very helpful with maps and very prompt replies to all my queries. Although Takenotsuka is little way off from the city, the charming neighborhood had plenty to offer. Excellent

the staff is very helpful. we are a family with 4 kids, the lady help us to book one day tour, send us details direction, she can speak well english. she is really really helpful. this apartment is well equipped and only 2 min to subway station

The room was small, but not cramped. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is walking distance from Asakusa station and Sensoji shopping area. We also walked to Tokyo Sky Tree from the hotel in about 20 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and able to help us with our Wifi connection. All the clerks spoke English very well. Excellent value for the price! Highly recommended
