  Location - very close to Ueno station, sauna facilities (I started and ended every single day in there - they are brilliant), cleanliness, cost and the "relax" room - basically, a room full of very comfortable easy chairs with blankets and individual tv to kick back after the sauna (or really, any time you like). They are comfortable, cool and clean and I could have stayed there muc - Great, efficient, very friendly, clean. Note that there isn't wi-fi but there's a computer to use. You can't leave your bag for a while once you'e checked out, but if you're staying multiple nights you can leave it throughout the in-between days, if that makes sense. Still giving this five stars because everything promised was delivered to the highest standard.   If you're reading this in English, you're probably considering a capsule hotel just for the experience... and it IS an experience. Expect to see lots of exhausted and frazzled business-types. The Green Plaza is fastidiously clean and well-organized. - The capsule experience and the extremely clean environment.
