We chose the hotel for its good connection to Narita Airport Access Line for our last days in Japan. Kurama Station is only a few minutes away. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. It was our first night in Japan. The room and bed was very small. But it was nice and clean. It is a standard business hotel, like you find everywhere. The restaurant was very nice. It was close to Asakusa Station. The temple and market is in 10 min walking distance. Good train connection to explore the city. The area can be a bit quiet in the evening.

The great location as the hotel is within walking distance of the Ueno station which has both the JR Keihin-Tohuku and Yamanote lines as well as the Ginza and Hibira subway lines. Ueno station is only 3 stations away from the Tokyo station. It makes getting around Tokyo a breeze. Within walking distance of the hotel are also many eating places around the Ueno vicinity.
The rooms are small as expected in Tokyo but it is very clean. Amenities in the room are more than sufficient.

the hotel is right in front of JR station Bakurocho - which is on the direct route from Narita Airport - although a lengthy trip of 1,5 h is the cheapest and easiest way of arriving (12 USD)
is at 5 min walking of Akihabara neighbourhood - the center of electronics commerce and maiden cafe - we've seen some karaoke bars also

I stayed at the capsule room. It was really comfortable and offered all
that I needed. A bed to sleep in and a common shower. A locker was
provided to put your belongings in. Although the staff did not allow to
have my luggage brought up to my floor since there is practically no
room. The staff are really nice. Most of them do not speak English
fluently but if you speak slowly they will understand. The hotel is
located just outside Bakurocho station by taking the c4 exit. If you

Rooms were reasonably sized for its prize. Everything was in good
condition. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Location is good,
but I recommend you to take a cab from Shinjuku station and remember the
route. Stayed there for 8 days from 10/03 to 18/03. Loved the
place, will definitely return in two years. -

I made reservation for my Japanese parents (in Tokyo for personnal reasons; we live abroad). They told me they had a great week here. The staff was convinient and very kind, and I can tell that when i call them and speak to them trhough, i thought they were very polite and professionnal. They loved the free amenities! The location is great, besides of course the price!

I enjoyed trying for the first time the "capsule"; it's
rare to find Capsule hotel for woman and this one is really great value
for money. Of course because there's a lot of people in one spare
big room, if some ones are noisy and no respectfull you can have some
difficult sleep but anyway it's so nice, clean and original that
it's really my favorite place for staying in Tokyo ! ANd the common
bathroom is so clean, so nice, with a big bath, and shampoo, and all for
free ! Towel as well and tea,
