O que as pessoas dizem
This will probably be the first and last time i rate a hotel a 10, but if any hotel deserves it, it's this. I stayed here for 8 nights, left my backpack in the reception for that entire time and kept some clothes in a smaller bag they let me keep in the "cabin".
Location is decent, close to a metro station and the JR akihabara station. Staff was extremely nice and helpful during my entire stay here. The cleanliness matches that of the most prestigious private hospitals or something. I understan. todos opiniões »
Everything was simple from the very start; front desk speaks good enough
english to get me checked in and explain the rules, the sleeping rooms
are quiet, and everything is very clean and new looking. Loved the fresh
lounge clothes that were laid out anew every day. Didn't get a
chance to use the shared bath, but shower facilities clean and
efficient. As a budget traveler I stayed here as a novelty, but I could
honestly recommend it to solo traveler in Tokyo for a few days.
I never expected a capsule hotel would be this nice. I did not feel I'm a dead person inside a "niche" because for my Asian size, the space was enought for me to move. The staff in the front desk were so helpful speak English well. Their interior decoration is also nice. It made the hotel look classy so with the price I paid for 2 nights, I am very satisfied and would recommend this to my friends to experience living in a capsule.
Great location and modern design. Clean, secure and comfortable. Really easy to find and near from Akihabara station which has good line options such as JR Yamanote line. I kept all my stuff in the security box inside the cabin and a free locker, while I left my suitcase in reception for my whole stay. High quality amenities and no disturbing noises at night. Had a great sleep. I would definitely come back.
The hotel is quite conveniently located near Tokyo Metro.
Very thoughtful amenities are provided in the female dormitory e.g Shiseido make-up remover and hair straightener.
Very clean and new (just 1 month in used); would like to see such good condition again when I come back the next time.
Good security with the use of access card and separation of female and male floors.
This place just opened in June, so it literally is brand new, but part of the well regarded First Class chain. Facilities are nicer than even a luxury hotel, with brilliant modern touches everywhere. You get the "capsule" experience, with a bit more comfort. The standard room was completely suitable, and a great price for Akihabara.
I actually thought the 'first class' bit was a joke! Surprisingly I found myself more impressed by my Cabin then the expensive hotel I'd booked for the rest of my Tokyo trip. Cabin's are a good size and pretty quiet and there's a lot of facilities included for what you pay. The 300yen breakfast is a nice treat too.
the design of the hotel is very suitable for solo traveller, however if you go in a group this kind of hotel is not very suitable, because you will talking and interact each other, and it will disturb other guest. the price and the facilities are good enough.
Everything was great. Locker is provided for free, small in-capsule locker is also available. Amnities are great, has hairstraightener, make up remover and moisturizer. Cabin is very comfortable. The staff members can speak some english. Highly recommended!.
Brand new hotel with perfect 'cabins' (very small rooms consisting of one bed), very clean, tidy showers and bathing area. Quick free wi-fi. Conveniently located near Aki-Habara metro station (3 minutes). Compared to regular hotels value for money!.
The location is superb. Staff is helpful and friendly. Basically you don't have to bring anything, there are hairdryer, hair straightener, hair curling iron, shampoo, shower cream, slippers, clothes...
Very clean and easy to find. Came with all toiletries and loungewear. Towels and sheets were changed everyday. Great location! Close walk to 3 subway stations and with lots of small Restos in the area.
Very nice and very clean. Felt like a luxury capsule hotel. Bigger than
most capsules. Felt really safe and didn't worry about my belongings
or men coming to the floor. Right next to the Metro station.
Very nice for the price paid. I got a deluxe cabin which was nice to
have the extra space. I loved the Japanese pod hotel experience. It was
very clean and the staff was very friendly. I loved it.
Cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were equally hospitable, and very understanding. They spent time to answer my questions, and even helped with printing off directions.
Friendliness of the employees, Functionality within the cabin, Design of the cabins & bathrooms, available/included amenities, Silence within the cabin area.
excellent location, very easy to reach
very friendly staff
the structure is brand new and very clean, the cabin is quite large and to sleep is very confortable.
Very good location for traveler. Easy to find from subway (just 10 mins walking). The facilities of first canbin are very good, really nice.
The location is really great !! It's just a minute from Akihabara station to the hotel. There's many restaurant around the hotel.
All conditions were excellent. The staff were kind and all of them can speak English. 24 hours front desk service is provided.
The hotel was exactly what u think it will be...small but everything you need and excellent value for money in tokyo!!!.
Considering this is a capsule this is a bit pricy but of really high
standard. Clean and quite and friendly people.
great place to stay. very nice design, very clean and great, friendly and helpful staff. loved our stay there...
It is so convenience location with short walk to train station and restaurant. very comfort for solo travelers.
Great amenities and furnishing, also the public bath/spa is a big plus to recover after a long day out.
Very close to Akihabara metro station and JR station. All new and clean. Nice english-speaking staff.
Large TV for a cubicle, nice and new facilities such as toilets, amenities, pyjamas. Safe too!.
location near to subway ,
friendly english speaking staffs,
good hotel facilities.
location, I liked the experience since it is my first time at a cabin hotel.
Nice staff, very helpful.
Clean, great location, near train station.
The staff and facilites were great!
Centrally Located
Easy to Access.
Cozy, comfortable and clean atmosphere. Really good value for money.
Great location, really helpful staff, very clean and modern.
value for money, comfortable, good location, friendly staff.
Very practical
Nice staff
Excellent location and cleaning.
The style and the Free WiFi and the cosmetic products...
Private, clean, western style bathrooms. Good WiFi.
Clean, nice location, friendly staff, free wifi.
It was kinda cool sleeping in a cubicle!.
near the Metro and shopping center.
Excelent place.
I love the design and everything of this place. We also have TV for individuals.
good facilites, comfortable bed and good location.
Design.
At least one chair in the smoking room would be nice haha.
Breakfast consisted of one onigiri, miso, and assorted pickled
vegetables, but I guess you can't expect much for ¥300. There are
rules about being quiet in the sleeping rooms, and its a good thing,
because every time someone lifts or lowers their pod screen you can hear
it right down the corridor, and I can see how some might find this
annoying. A bit too warm and dry in the sleep room for my liking, but
not awful. I like a firm bed but this felt more like a wooden board.
The breakfast was something to be forgotten. Book without breakfast and buy your food somewhere else.
It was also too bad I was not able to extend because they said the hotel was full so I moved to a ryokan in Asakusa, Hotel Kaminarimon which I also enjoyed but a little bit pricier.
Maybe not such a good idea for people traveling with friends or family.
The hotel location is great, but its surrounding has no proper signage of road names so I ended up spending 30min looking for it!
The funny thing is, from the map I could see that First Cabin is just next to Hotel Friend, but when I was standing in front of Hotel Friend, I could not find First Cabin. Need to improve on signage and visibility..
Nothing at all.
Hotel isn't listed on Google Maps but the instructions on their website are okay but a bit confusing if you arrive via the wrong subway platform.
Rules in the cabins are quite strict and you can only use their supplied power adapters.
It's a cabin hotel so if someone is noisy god bless you.
Cleaning around started around 10 30 everyday so you kind of need to be out by then or you get into the way of staff cleaning.
Can get a little noisy at night or early in the morning when people are
coming and going. Bed was a little too hard but thats everywhere I
stayed in Tokyo. Next to the metro station but not necessarily the part
of town you might want to be if you are a tourist.
This place is hard to find. I asked no less than 3 locals and they
didn't know where it was. Some directions from subway stops would
have helped. We walked around for a good half hour before we found
it. Only other complaint for me is that the bed was very firm.
Seriously, sleeping on plywood is softer. Still, I was tired so it
didn't matter.
Only 2 shower cubicles to serve an entire floor, meaning i had to wait to take a shower in the morning sometimes. That delayed my setting-out time, but not by a huge amount. The showers themselves were fine, good pressure, but bring your own conditioner... they have in-house shampoo/conditioner/bodywash but the conditioner was either a cheap brand, or severely watered-down.
Beds are extra firm, My cabin neighbor was on off-duty lumberjack (thankfully, earplugs are free in the lobby).
Nothing.
I don't like the EXIT light shown for emergency exit; it may get you a bit annoying.
Cleaners come around at 1030 every morning so you will be woken up if you lay in.
It was a bit difficult locating at first, so maybe a bit more detailed
local map would be handy. It would have been great to be able to close
the curtain completely to the floor and to be able to turn of the light
in the light button.
during the night it is always very busy and quite noisy...
Doing laundry will take long time because only one washer and one dryer.
Some "neibours" in capsulas may be not very pleasant, but the hotel has nothing to do with it.
Should have at least one english TV channel.
none.
noise , public bath.
no lock door.
The website is a bit hard to understand.
AC/Heat is centrally controlled.
Nothing much. Bed was a little too hard.
Couldn't check in until 5pm.
Staff does not speak english
Noisy in the morning
Check in/out unconvenient (17-00/bfr10)
Limited showers at floor.
The dust in the drawer.
A bit noisy.
It was a bit difficult to find. I had to ask about different 5 people how to get there.
Room cannot be locked. Only Japanese language on TV program.
Staff barely speaks English.
Central air conditioning unable to be adequately controlled in cabin.
Lounge wear - nasty synthetic fabric.
There are some dusts near the bed and it's not so clean I think.
staffs are helpful but too much humble.. i felt burden little bit,
and the hotel is not properly no soundpoof that one was very inconvenience.
Breakfast not variety.
- the musty smell is horrible through the cabin floor
- poor air ventilation
- staff didn't inform the gust, just gave an information sheet.
