Great, friendly, helpful staffs. Great location for transportation, with
bus/train stations and taxi stands right around the corner. Also
easy walk to Bizan.
When asked for wifi, she gave us a router which we just plugged into our room for own reception. When asked for recommendation of a yakiniku place, she took us directly to that restaurant. She also checked for the best time to go see the whirlpool, and the reservation requirements for the ferry from Tokushima to Wakayama.
