Loved the location, right in middle of everything.
It;s also walking distance to the train station, about a minute.
The hotel for the price was good, the staff nice, the only negative thing I can think of is the smell in the lobby at times it smell like a wet dog, but as soon as it was clean in the morning the smell was gone.

Excellent location, 2 mins walk to Namba metro station (to get around the city) & Nankai Namba station (express train to Osaka airport). Come out of Namba metro station exit 6, cross the zebra crossing heading towards the bridge, and walk past the family mart and the hotel is to your left. 10-15 min walk to Dontonburi.
The staff all spoke good english, and the facilities were clean. Woud stay again if I came back as the location is hard to beat!

Almost everything. The room was spacious - a welcome change for the big cities - and had everything that we needed. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the futons were some of the best we slept on. The location is what makes it, though. Room is very big and loved the traditional Japanese room style. Location
is near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and there is a direct exit from the
subway to the hotel building. Staff were friendly and helpful and left
luggage is stored securely (they keep the luggage inside their office
and give you a claim number). Also, it was raining when we stayed there
and they lent us umbrellas which was another plus

Nice location in the Namba area, in walking distance to Dotonbori and
Sinsaibashi, the "happening" places in Osaka. Despite the
central location, it's very quiet at night, no noise issues. They
managed to fit a small (japanese style) bathtub in the bathroom!

Most of all it has great location. Quite easy to get to the subway
station and shopping places. It located close to central shopping and
dining area but extremely quiet during the night. Staffs are kind and
housekeeping was also good.

So very close to Awaza Station of the Chuo Line. It is a skip and a hop away.
There is a Family Mart (a convenience store) close by. A lifesaver when you dont have energy to go out to dinner. Their bento meals are decent enough.
This hotel is located in a business district so it is relatively quiet and peaceful.

Conveniently located near an exit from the subway. Staff were very
friendly and helpful, with a very basic understanding of the English
language. Breakfast was excellent with a combination of western and
Japanese. Will stay there again.

Easy access to and from kyōbashi train station on the jr Osaka loop
line. Daiei was a covered 2 min walk from hotel so we could easily go
buy Japanese snacks to bring home for family and friends. Most of the
front desk spoke pretty good English, so there wasn't a

This hotel took me by surprise. I just booked it for the location (close to Kyobashi station) so it would be easy to go to the airport the next day. But wow! What a hotel! It felt so luxurious! The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the view from the room was amazing! I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Osaka.

Located directly above the Shinsaibashi metro station,close and central to most malls and tourist areas. Comfortable room with good amenities, bed, bathroom and view. The hotel was located in the heart of Osaka's shopping districts.
The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying
areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V.
comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room
they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it
does not.)

I loved the Dotonburi area which was located 3 minutes walk from the APA Hotel Namba. There were many restaurants, and this area was frequented by many people and bicycles parked in the centre, but plenty of space to move.

The room was modern and comfortable. The location isn't bad. It is only 1 subway stop from Umeda and about 3 stops from Namba. The staff were helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay. -

The very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who received us at the front desk. Though the room was a little small and there was no place to put more than a piece of luggage, it was very comfortable. Some thought has been given to ensure that the guests enjoy their stay: the pajamas and pretty slippers. Have been sharing with relatives and friends of this excellent hotel in Umeda.
