  Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. The Shinjuku building nearby has great food, and opens till early in the morning, which is quite rare in Osaka. You don't have to drag your luggages for long distances. 3) The room size is big for Japanese standards.4) The bathroom is superb very bright and filled with full bathroom amenities.5) The toilet seat is heated.6) The shower is great. It is easy to control the water temperature.

  Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.
