  The staff was very gracious. Towels were changed daily but no sure about bed which was made up daily. However some scuffs on walls and stain in carpet which may have tried to remove. When arrived were given room on 9th floor which was smoking room. When asked if nonsmoking available we were given another room on same floor mildly better. Don't recall that I could make room preference when making online reservation. - Super easy access from Nishi-Shinjuku station (important when you have large luggage), very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee before collecting our bags and heading off somewhere else. Easy walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and other sights.

  I booked this hotel because of its good reviews and after staying there for four nights, I can say that I'm not surprised that it is rated so highly. In this price range this hotel is perfect. Firstly the location, right between Harajuku and Shibuya. Furthermore the staff is extr - - Good location. The hotel is near Harajuku station, Omotesando and Meiji Shrine. Despite of not be located in the major street there´s a sign pointing the hotel direction that makes very easy to find it. - Wonderfull staff! They were very nice and helped me a lot. Specially one of the employes helped a lot teaching me ho to go to Kawaguchiko. - Free water. - The room is compact but very cosy. Good bathroom, nothing to report. Behind my room was the train line but I couln´t listen nothing. Was

  I liked how close everything was to this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and 7-11 and Family Mart, which is a must if travelling in Japan. The room had a decent amount of floor space in the living space; much more than other hotel rooms of similar size. The hotel is very well located, some minutes away from Shibuya station (which is better than near a bigger station, because Shibuya is very practical).
