usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean.

The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.

It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room
with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very
clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was
great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and
train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this
hotel for business or leisure.

This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station.
Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very
convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi.

Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable!
I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.

Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food.

Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough .
We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear,
Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the
outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is
guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the
surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access
also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus
brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city
on the way.

Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff

I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Quiet location but easily accessible to Shiodome and Shinbashi areas. It is a short walk to the monorail station if arriving from Haneda airport. It is possible to walk to Ginza area in 20mins. Hotel was clean and the rooms spacious for Tokyo standards. They now provide free WiFi in the rooms as well as wired internet. The WiFi worked pretty well.
