  We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip. The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere. We would defiantly recommend this hotel and Tokyo to - This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tok

  The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. I suggest a corner room - not he cheapest but definitively worth the experience. Th - I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The staff is of course very friendly courteous. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

  I like the city view. My room is on the higher floor. The night view is gorgeous. And breakfast is included in the price. The staff and service and the Japanese garden are excellent. The room and bathroom are big and clean. The Mejiro area is a very nice and peaceful area. Actually we can also use the Edo - A very nice hotel, located in a quiet upscale residential area. Classic grand-hotel style, with excellent service and big comfortable rooms with fantastic view towards the city or onto the beautiful Japanese gardens. We enjoyed the pool, gym, spa and the hot spring bath.

  Location - very close to Ueno station, sauna facilities (I started and ended every single day in there - they are brilliant), cleanliness, cost and the "relax" room - basically, a room full of very comfortable easy chairs with blankets and individual tv to kick back after the sauna (or really, any time you like). They are comfortable, cool and clean and I could have stayed there muc - Great, efficient, very friendly, clean. Note that there isn't wi-fi but there's a computer to use. You can't leave your bag for a while once you'e checked out, but if you're staying multiple nights you can leave it throughout the in-between days, if that makes sense. Still giving this five stars because everything promised was delivered to the highest standard.
