  The hotel was excellent value for money and the buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, with more space than expected. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel also runs a frequent shuttle bus too and from the JR Kyoto train station which is very convenient. - Staff are ver... o que as pessoas dizem » y polite and efficient. The Concierge was very helpful. There are not a lot of places to visit near to the hotel, but it is only a short walk to the stop for the bus to Gion.   We had a very japanise style room. Very luxurious with privated garden. The bathroom was a dream. May be the best I´ve ever been. I can highly recommend it if you want a relaxing and typical japanise experience. A true ryokan.
