Very near Kyoto Main station. The bath was really good, but should
probably provide lockers? The staff were friendly. The room was very
clean and comfortable. Wifi available in the room (maybe because our rom
was on the 2nd floor).

Very convenient location, two minutes from Kyoto station, and
incidentally bus stops and metro station. Very nice Japanese style bath,
clean and sober rooms.
Good location, just opposite kyoto station even located in a small lane. Google the location before u go, it will save your time to search for it.
Very nice and clean Ryokan. The japaneese breakfast was very deligtful and served very authentically.

just 5min walk from JR station. Public bath (every day 5pm to midnight, with very clear instructions in English). Nice Japanese bath robe, hot water and Japanese tea in the room. Free wifi. Excellent location - 2 minutes from Kyoto train station and subway (and McDonald`s).
the best part is location. just a few steps to subway, JR train, shinkasen train and large mall. Near to most sightseeing places. The hotel is simple but I guess if u are using for sleeping it is ok.
The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was big and clean and very
close to the station.

The curfew at 11pm. Staff need to know more English. A little bit of
communication problem. Came back during the day and the room door was
wide open with noone inside after cleaning and before they put out the
mattress, a little unsafe but nothing lost.

The curfew, You shall be hotel by 11pm.Air circulation in bath room could be better. Not all staff speak English.
Pricey hotel..I guess it is kyoto. Food is also pricey.
The traditional beds are not very comfortable and it is very expensive
compared to other hotels with beds. The room had a bid of a smell but
once the aircon was switched on it was better.
Some bad smell , bathroom has no hanger.
