The owner is a nice fellow.
As there are no any indication, it's extremely difficult to find the place, even with GPS (the only access is through a dirt-road). I am sure that if we had arrived in the middle of the night, we would have never found it. I wouldn't call this a "villa", it's rather a simple "out-of-nowhere bed-and-breakfast". IMHO, it's seriously overpriced!.
