- Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra). But it`s not
really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to
take a taxi (7,5 eur).

Where to start? This hotel offers 5 star service. The people here would have to be the friendliest in Italy. They go the extra mile to help with a smile on their face. One even drove us to the nearby shopping centre as we are not keen on driving. our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)

My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful.

We were very happy with Residenzia La Ricciolina. The manager, Dominique, was very helpful and stayed back to help us in at 1930 on a Friday evening. The apartment was pleasant and quiet even though it was on a busy thoroughfare. There is a busy restaurant next door which was very convenient. Verona was a short drive away. We wished we could have stayed an extra couple of days in Verona but we would be very happy to stay there again in the future.
