Perfect location for relaxing after sightseeing! Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits! We really miss the rocking Boat, and we are sure to come back in summer one day.

The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Once we did arrive the staff were very polite and friendly and we were pleased to find the the hotel was ideally located close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Academy. Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

Breakfast and only 2 or 3 m walking to San Marco - The hotel was charming, bright and full of character. We stayed in the Junior Suite which had a jacuzzi, a reasonably priced mini-bar, a flat screen TV and the room was decorated in a quintessentially Italian manner. What's not to like about a luxury yacht moored close to Venice with its own free water taxi to get you back after the water buses stop running. despite misgivings about the yacht being moored on another island it was very easy to get to Venice and back with a ten minute water bus ride.
Would recommend this for a different and special experience. -

The simple fact that it was an yacht. You slept in one of the cabins, could enjoy the sun in the deck, and so on. If you by any chance wanted to have dinner in Venice you didn't have to call a water taxi (the last bus is at 8pm) - they have a free transfer service to the yacht.
