A limpeza do quarto e do hotel são irrepreensíveis. - The location was excellent..next to water bus /water taxi. Breakfast was great..the decor of hotel really created an atmosphere of old Venice..the location was close enough to everything yet not so close you... o que as pessoas dizem » felt crowed by center. The room was apart of the entire experience of Venice..my daughter especially enjoyed all the little 'extras' in the bathroom, rooms were wonderful size... - I Loved everything about my stay at Palazzo Stern. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!

  the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
