The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great!! Excellent location close to shops & restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner.

Great Location - five minutes from St Angelo vaporetto stop. Ten minutes from St Marks Square and surrounded by restaurants & shops. Friendly staff, good continental breakfast from 7.30 - 10.00 a.m.
Would have expected to find Bathrobes and tissues but these were not available.
Quiet location that is close (but not too close) to Piazza San Marco. Venice is a special city that should be high on anyone's list of must- see cities.
Lost power for a hour on a hot afternoon
everything about the hotel , breakfast was fantastic, rooms very very comfy .Would recommend it anyone travelling to Venice .

The room we got was quite spacious with 2 bathrooms and a living room. The staff were efficient and friendly and gave us precise directions to get to the hotel. Although the location of the hotel was off the main streets, it was in a quiet alley which was great and yet close enough to the Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge.

Difficult to find
We stayed in the terrace suite. I loved the light and the views and sounds of Venice.
We enjoyed having the windows open, but there weren't screens. Mosquitoes were an issue.
Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

The hotel is very nice and friendly, we had two rooms that were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. The value for money is very good.
We got the suite on the top floor which was great.however, the lift doesn't reach the top floor so we had some stairs. The other small issue is the TV set in that rom is not practical.
The hotel was impeccable. Srvice was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade, beautiful suite. Breakfust was excellent and well presented in a beautiful dining area, which we were able to use at other times of the day for using the wireless internet.
The location is very good - close to Grand Canal vaporetto station and to St Mark's Square, the Rialto, and shopping but quiet.
Like all hotels I've stayed in - it's overheated!
The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Once we did arrive the staff were very polite and friendly and we were pleased to find the the hotel was ideally located close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Academy. Our room was gorgeous - very spacey and with a spa bath. There was also lots of room to store our belongings. Ca'Fortuny is also very close to several restaurants and shops - an ideal location!
Although the room was cleaned every day and we were given clean towels. We found a lot of dust on the floor (I dropped a towel off the towel rail and when I picked it up it was full of dust)

A bit hard to locate, especially at night. A more detailed map with clearer directions could help.
I found what I need the most in a hotel in a month of january: very clean, bedsheets crispy clean, ac at the requested temperature between 23-27°c, windows very well isolated, 10 max walk from ( not even) from San Marco Square. Very pleasant and helpful staff, breakfast simple but deliciouse! I highly highly recommed this hotel.
I think it needs renovations. In the bathroom the furniture used, the bedframe chipped...nevertheless all these did not make our trip less pleasant.

Double bed was too singles pushed together, so big ridge down the middle. Quite hard bed, but otherwise fantastic little hotel!

No street address on website & no outward display sign of the building being a hotel. Room facilities were poor given we'd paid for 'superior'. We have stayed in venice 9x and believe we know we what to expect. The description is over-egged. Overall it didn't spoil our 4n stay though twas a trifle disappointing.
The breakfast was decent and staff helpfull. The bathroom was also nice but thats it.
I was dissapointed with the size of this hotel. It looked different to what is online. The reception area also looked like someone elses house.

Not to difficult to find hotel but not easy too , Just observe the number of hotel and walk follow the number it's will be easy .
