The guy in receprion is the best proffesional in Italy! Very fast check-in/check-out!   Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car). The room was again in perfect condition. Via Milano bit noisy when you're at the outside swimming pool - The staff could not do enough for us - from train times, to recommending restaurants, to calling all of Bergamo to find somewhere we could leave our luggage on the last day (unfruitful). The hotel is dotted with art and sculptures and the overall effect is very impressive. The toom was small but perfectly formed, and the bathrooms are lovely. I do not think I could fault this hotel.

It was so amazing and nice! There was a sense that we have come to our friend, but not to the hotel. Thanks.
