Staff is very friendly and even remembered me from previous visit. Breakfast is elaborate for Italian standards. Excellent value for money. I would not consider any other hotel when trave - The staff is great. Any question I asked I got the answer. Breakfast is very good. Coffee is fabulous. The location is good because it is about 3-5 minutes walking from Porta Nuova railway station. If you travel somewhere it is very convinient. The bus from the Torino airport stops also close from the hotel.
