Can be agree, that it`s a good and more modern place, than you can find usually in Italy for small price. It is like a private room with your own bathroom in a big flat. Good room, good bathroom, really. In small hotels usually there is a problem with water - it`s cold or going down bad. It`s not about this place :) Everything work good. It`s really like some other world from Italy :)

The rooms were furnished excellently, and the location just outside Siena (5 minutes by car) was perfect for day-trips into the city, while still being able to stay in the Tuscan countryside. Fresh breakfast every morning from a very friendly owner, who was more than happy to offer tips for seeing the surrounding area. Wonderful B&B that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, while still being able to easily access Siena and the surrounding towns.
