Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. We loved our stay at the Simonetta B&B. Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower. The breakfast was simple but was more than enough. The apartment villa that we stayed in could easily fit a family of 5 and has a private bathroom. I highly recommend this B&B. Chris D, CT, USA

Location was perfect for exploring Sienna! Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.
