Quiet stylish colonial feel to the place. All staff were outstandingly helpful. Particularly front of house and restaurant staff. Dinner in the restaurant and lunch on the terrace were memorable. Will defintiely go back.

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful in all issues, including our
accidentally leaving some articles behind - they got them to us in Rome
before we returned to the U.S. This was a huge favor. The staff was
kind, caring and more than helpful. The brekfasts and cappucini were
great also! We had a great stay!!! Travellers...remember that Italy
exists in its own time and place...if you are open, you will find a
delightful surprise around every corner!

Friendly and very helpful staff - all staff that we came in contact were very approachable and willing to give of their time to help with directions etc. - Clean, nice car parking, close to bus stop that takes you to central Siena in short ride of about 10 to 15 minutes
