hotel itself was the most beautiful I have ever stayed in (the location
and vistas, the gorgeous building and the decoration) but it was also
the best staffed. Hotel staff can be friendly or they can be enjoyable
- the people working at hotel mulino seem to be happy and enjoy their

Originally booked the mobile home units which did not suit our needs at all so we upgraded to a cabin which was perfect. The lady at the office was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. There is beautiful countryside around and some good walks, as well as breathtaking views of Florence.. There was a very good exhibition of modern sculpture in the main piazza. This is a lovely old house in a very pretty town in the hills just outside Florence. Its quiet, friendly and comfortable, and the views are simply stunning. I thought this was really good value for money. You can catch a regular bus intot he centre of Florence from just down the road.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They arranged for a car and driver to meet me at the airport and were able to answer all of my questions during my stay.
