He was available when we checked in at 9Pm and was also there to collect the keys and wave us bye when we checked out at 3:30 Am to go to the airport. The room we got was pretty spacious, which is nice especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Fabrizio was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he waited for us on request, after the check-in time. There's a supermarket nearby where you find almost everything you need. The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent.

  I stayed at the hotel for an entire week and I have no complaints! The location is excellent, close to 3 metro stations, buses pratically in front of the hotel! Also, you can get to several touristic attractions walking! I stayed at the single room and the size was excellent, ensuite bathroom and very, very clean!
