  Accessible to several bus lines 10 mins to Termini, 20 mins to Vatican, 15 mins to Colosseum....the location is perfect. We found several inexpensive restaurants, local eats, supermarket a few feet from the Suite, we did not speak a word of Italian but all the people, restaurants, and locals would try to accommodate you. Fabrizio was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he waited for us on request, after the check-in time. There's a supermarket nearby where you find almost everything you need. The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent.

  We had an excellent stay in this hostal.the room was nice and always clean.it is located less than 10min.from the coloseum and a nice pizza place called luzzi. - Laura gave us great tips when we arrive. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was also good.

  The host was super friendly, the neigboorhood seemed good. Really close to subway and just 5-10 minutes walk to the colleseo and all that amazing staff. The room was pretty spacious and clean. No problems during our stay at all!   Durante o tempo que estivemos em roma praticamente não utilizámos transportes publicos porque o hotel era relativamente perto do centro da cidade.Os quartos são impecáveis, grandes e com uma cama enorme.   We enjoyed everything about our stay at San Lorenzo Rooms. The room itself was compact but extremely clean and comfortable with a TV and refrigerator in the room and an excellent air-conditioning system which was much needed in the intense heat we experienced whilst in Rome. His advice and directions were excellent, especially his recommendation to visit Villa d'Este on our final day. He showed us t - San Lorenzo Rooms was just what we were looking for. It was well priced, the owner was was friendly and accommodating, it was smart and clean and it was near the railway station (albeit the other side from Rome's main attractions). We would return.
