Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

After all I have read about ROME budget hotels, I was pleasently surprised about this one. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

Rooms were very clean and a nice size, as were the bathrooms - not at all cramped. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and they also give us safety advice during our stay in Rome. Love the breakfast. Overall it is very pleasure staying at this hotel even though the surrounding was not as expected.

Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. -

It's in such a fantastic location, a stone's throw from termini and with lots of nice bars, restuarants and pizzerias on the doorstep. It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station).
No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks!

I stayed with my mom and we would like to thanks to Elisa the receptionist who was dealing with us. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.
