  Staff was very helpfull. Breakfast had a lot of variety and a good way to start the day. Hotel just steps from Metro and buses. Rome was very easy to navigate with public transportation - Roof top terrace and staff were excellant, had stayed here before,excellant location for sightseeing.

  The location was very good, just 20 minutes walk from Termini, there were plenty of Nice restaurants in the neighborhood,the room though small had all the essential things.Importantly it was remarkably clean!   Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great. We would recommend to others. - The B&B was in a fantastic location! It was only a 1 minute walk away from the Vatican! Bus stop right outside your door and taxi rank too for travel from and to the airports! Andrea the owner is brilliant! Gives so much information and was extremely helpful when we arrived. The rooms are brilliant and clean! A fantastic place to stay!

The B&B is conveniently located close to the Vatican and also to the metro/subway, from where the whole of Rome is easily reached.   This Hotel is a true gem while in Rome. Location is walking distance from the Vatican. Carlos, the front desk host was extremely helpful. He helped us find information we needed. We had so many questions and he answered them always with a smile.
