  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. There are 2 buildings for B&B both of which are nice and close to each other and metro.   There was a problem with our room when we got to the B&B. The one we've chosen was occupied so we were transferred to another B&B just behind the corner. It was definitely not the standard I would expect so I raised it with the host and had been put on the phone with the owner. It got sorted very well at the end as we received an apology, ... o que as pessoas dizem » we were transferred to the room we booked the very next morning and we got a substantial discount as well. The host in the later place was just amazin - It is very close to the subway! The Christina who takes care of the rooms were so sweet and helpful, made ​​you feel comfortable immediately. A short distance after the Via Leone at the Via Candia exist a perfect patisserie with the best ice cream all over Rome.

  great location in a lovely district of Rome. Tram stops around the corner and it's only 5 stops to the old center. The B+B is in an old building facing the quiet inner courtyard. I love the charming old-fashioned elevator. Costanza'a brother and sister were so warm, friendly and helpful - and spoke fluent english. the apartment has only 3 rooms w... o que as pessoas dizem » hich makes it quiet homely and a handy little kitchen. There is a car park very close by that costs only € 7,- for every full 24 h, which is very hand - Perfect apartments in historical building. Everything is very clean and designed with antiwar furniture. Kitchen is well equipped, a lot of pictures and books make atmosphere of home hospitality. Owner meets you by him shelf, very kindly person. Breakfast is perfect- you have everything, meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits... And perfect italian coffee, made by wife of the owner! Free wi fi is working. Maps of Rome and a lot of help by the owner!

  The location is the best part of the Hostel. It is a 5 minute walk from the Termini Station. If you'd rather explore on foot you can walk to the Colosseum which is closer to a 20 minute walk away. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. - The location across from the Termi station in Roma was where we stayed. These rooms were lovely, new, modern and most importantly clean. We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to friends, especially being so affordable and so close to the train station
