Amazing hotel in the heart of Trastevere. We wondered around to look for places to eat near the hotel, and we never had a meal that was anything less than delicious. The staff were excellent. We were a bit cold in our room and they came within 20 minute to turn up the heat and to turn up the water heat as well. The staff was very punctual, breakfasts were delivered on time, and they were flexible with our checkout as we had a later flight. The room was in a brilliant location--we walked everywhere. We highly recommend it.

The LOCATION was fabulous! Just a short 10 block walk to the vatican/Tiber river.... I could walk to almost any amazing site/area within 30 minutes to an hour, and the Metro station for the cities great subway system, is about 8 short blocks away.

towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in
Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They
answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets
for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board).

The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing. Among the heat of mid july and busy of tourists of streets of Rome I was so relieved to find a charming and very calm place to stay. The location is near to metro and bus connections to city center, but at the same time very quite and very green, two loarge public open parks are near to the hotel.

The room was lovely - clean, large and light. It was in a beautiful old palazzo with high ceilings. It was quiet and in an elegant and peaceful area of Rome, but with plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. We particularly appreciated the fact that you could use the shared kitchen to cook an evening meal, which as a family allowed us to save a bit of money on eating out.
