  The Villa Euchelia Resort, in Castrocielo is the most stunning Hotel in a beautiful setting. Words are difficult to do justice to the superb location, the attentive and ever so friendly Hosts - Anne Marie and Pietro (the brilliant Chef) and their daughter and the staff. The attention to detail is excellent, from decor to bed linen, to the whole environment. Each turn greets you with someth - Annamaria and Pietro are very warm friendly and professional hosts. They have created very beautiful and relaxed surroundings and their guests happiness is their priority. The gardens are wonderful and the rosefilled courtyard is a great place for breakfast, which is delicious thanks to the fabulous home made cakes, breads and biscuits.
