Very good hotel, with extremely helpful staff. The hotel is few minutes away from the beach, but it is possible to use their bicycles (free) to reach any destination in Rimini. The hotel feels neat and clean. The room was extremely large, and was decorated just fine. This was the only hotel in our trip to Italy that had a bath tub. The breakfast was very good, and at evening they offer a free drink and appetizers at the (very small) host lobby. The location is second line from the beach which makes it a few minutes from it. Excellent value for money.

Sadly we had problems with our hire car - when we had checked out and the staff could not have been more helpful in aiding us. A big thanks to them we were speedily on our way and they were so helpful in bringing that about.
