  An outstandingly warm and friendly welcome, very helpful with tourist information, ultra clean and excellent breakfast. Secure parking and on a main bus route to Venice about 45 min. Duration. Excellent garden area where we could have our meals, owner always provided cutlery, glasses and plates and coffee. We had a great time with other guests and the owner in the evenings after a long day of walking Venice. Highly recommend - Friendly staff, was having the tickets to us for Venice whenever we needed it. Also allowed us to keep the luggage there over time. Breakfast was nice. The owner also organised for us an airport transfer. They were a lovely couple and the place was spotless. Even though they don't speak much English they make a good effort to understand.

I heartily recommend to everyone who is after a beautiful clean place with a friendly atmosphere

  We stayed here two nights during a road tour of Italy.The hotel is lovely and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the owner who is also the Chef. We were a bit worried when we arrived to find they had a wedding party arriving in a few hours but they insisted they could still.provide a meal for us. Our place was huge we couldn't believe that it was 40 euros breakfast included. I strongly recommend this place if you have your car and willing to stay somewhere which is peaceful and relaxing.
