Uso muito hotéis e, por vezes, acabo tendo más surpresas. Porém, este é um hotel digno de suas 4 estrelas. É muito limpo e organizado. É moderno, confortável e os quartos sao espaços. The room (room 106 on first floor), was big and light with two big windows overlooking the canal, one of which opened out onto a small balcony.The bed was two beds pushed together and may be a bit firm for some people. This hotel was absolutely stunning! We had the junior suite with a canal view and it was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated! This hotel room, experience and location was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend it! Even though the junior suite is a bit more money than the regular rooms, if you are wanting to treat yourself while in Italy for a couple days, I would definitely spend the extra money on this room!! Also, the breakfast was very good, even the view was amazing there! Lo

The location is perfect, Right in the middle of the town but despite Bassano being a lively and social town, noise was never an issue. By far the best part was sitting on the terrace with a Prosecco or Aperol Spritzer prior to deciding what to do that day, afternoon or evening. -

We had been skiing in Corvara and had early flight home so decided to book BHR for one night booked family room which was excellent , dinner in resturant was great and breakfast Was also perfect . Could not fault anything rooms ,beds , showers of a very high standard for an airport hotel .

For example, we needed to catch an early flight which meant we needed to leave the Hotel at 4:45am, breakfast was not served until 7:00am however, 30 minutes after their wake-up call they called again telling us that Breakfast was ready for us. It's a great hotel with a professional staff that took the time to "personalize" our experience. Great restarants close by within walking distance. I'll come back again next time!

We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again

The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and there were many little extras provided free of charge, which only added to the pleasure. The room was wonderful, full of atmosphere and beautifully appointed. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends without hesitation.

Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -
Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..
