Nice, atmospheric hotel. Good location. - The hotel is really well located. Even from the train station, the busstops at the corner of the hotel street (4-5 stops). We loved the nearby cable-lift up to the mountains of the Dolomites. Also in summer there is a great view and many possibilities for walking or to make a trip. -
This is our third visit. It always feels more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. Very warm, welcoming staff.

People responsible for the B&B are very friendly.
Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km).
30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5.
Nice also to be able to have pic nic in the garden (chairs, tables and umbrellas for the sun are provided) -

and to airport stops nearby. I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.

Nice and big room, very good breakfast, hot water in the swimming pool (37 - 39˙C), no reception at the spa thermal area (short way from the room to the swimming pool), big outdoor pool (connected to the indoor), golf course nearby -
Staff were very friendly, nice warm atmosphere. Room was excellent, well equipped, very clean and plenty of space.
