I didn't realize it was a bed and breakfast. This was my first experience and it was great. It was clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating. There was an error in my reservation and they recognized it and fixed it right away. They went out of the way to make my family and I feel comfortable. Probably the nicest place my girlfriend and I stayed at during our trip
through Italy. (Admittedly, we were traveling on a budget and mostly
renting through airbnb.) This is a true B&B, with Massimo and his
wife coming in the morning to make us coffee. They were very friendly,
telling us to make ourselves at home and opening up the various cakes
and pastries in the kitchen. Venice is expensive, but Ca' Santo
