We received a really nice welcome on arrival, the young lady at reception was paticularly helpful and although we didn't have a sea view the room was very nice and clean..breakfast was a highlight and the setting is wonderful looking over the pool and the ocean. The hotel is just a short walk to the marina area where there are plenty of places to eat and little alleys to meander in. Hotel is easy to find and has lots of parking, would definitely stay again.

I didn't realize it was a bed and breakfast. This was my first experience and it was great. It was clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating. There was an error in my reservation and they recognized it and fixed it right away. They went out of the way to make my family and I feel comfortable. As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.
