We received a really nice welcome on arrival, the young lady at reception was paticularly helpful and although we didn't have a sea view the room was very nice and clean..breakfast was a highlight and the setting is wonderful looking over the pool and the ocean. The hotel is just a short walk to the marina area where there are plenty of places to eat and little alleys to meander in. Hotel is easy to find and has lots of parking, would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Residence Blue Lake in August 2013 and cannot recommend it highly enough. Andrea was friendly and gave us tips on things to do. He even sourced a more powerful hair dryer for us! The apartment was a nice size, very clean and with everything you might need. The building is a 5 minute walk to the lake, restaurants and shops in Bardolino.

Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.

The location of this hotel was perfect, half way between the two main squares in Verona and just over a five minute walk to the Arena.
