  The staff were very friendly and although they could speak little English it was like staying with parents/grandparents. They were very caring and did little treats like offer me English Tea :) . the hot water did take a few minutes to come through the taps but was fine and was very hot. I didn't manage to get 'wifi' but think that was a misunders... o que as pessoas dizem » tanding of language translation. Really close to the ski cable car for Pila. I would definately staff here again. - The room was really small but had everything one needs. There was a balcony right off the nice size bathroom that had a great view. That was my favorite part. It was a quick 10 min. walk from the train station and down town. There was a friendly woman who had my keys in an envelope waiting for me. She spoke ok English. All in all I thought it was really cute and a good price. She allowed me to keep my backpack there for the day too which was great.
