The hotel is in a wonderful location. If you want a peaceful holiday this is the hotel to go. The proprietors were very helpful and pleasant. The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

Great stay, fantastic accommodation, our room was superior with garden view, breakfast fantastic. Good staff, very friendly and kind, they love this job. Good dinner service. The pool is fantastic and the all property well tend. We will be back for sure very soon and this time with friends. -

We enjoyed our stay very much and strongly recommend the place. It is a perfect place to just relax at the pool or sitting in the garden/yard, to start for hikes, or to go to nearby cities like Florence or Siena for a day (by train or by car). The best parts at that place were:
- Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff
- Beautiful middle-age building (renovated with all modern comfort)
- Location at the countryside with beautiful views
- Nice pool
